SHIPPING & RETURNS

Standard shipping options are delivered by USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing and 1-3 business days for delivery once shipped.

 

Slashed & Slayed by Slay KurDae is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. If a package is considered lost or damaged please email contact@slaykurdae.com within 10 days from the last scanned date.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Slashed & Slayed by Slay KurDae is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Slashed & Slayed by Slay KurDae has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned to sender.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
