APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancelled appointments will not be refunded. Appointments can be rescheduled once according to availability. After the first reschedule, a rescheduling fee will be applied. Repeated rescheduling will result in the appointment being canceled & full payment will be required at the time of rebooking. No Call-No Shows will not be allowed to rebook.
Lateness:
Arriving late may require the appointment to be rescheduled to maintain scheduling. After 10 minutes with no notice, there will be a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled.
Arrival:
Due to the intimate nature of the services offered, please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment out of respect for other clients. Arriving early or late infringes on other appointments and privacy. You will be seen at your designated appointment time, not before.
Do not bring any kids, pets, or extra people to your appointment for safety, sanitation, and space limitations.
Preparing for Your Appointment:
Please come to makeup, lash, & facial appointments makeup/mascara free & bare-faced.
Please come to waxing appointments with the intended wax area freshly cleansed to ensure sanitation & optimal results.
Please inform staff of any pre-existing conditions or allergies prior to your service to ensure safety.
First Time Skincare Clients:
First time skincare clients, please take a picture of skincare products you are currently using so we can thoroughly discuss your at-home regimen during your consultation.
